You get a set crew, a set day and a supervisor's direct number. We handle the paperwork your building asks for — insurance certificate, access badges, elevator and dock reservations.
Step three
Every visit is signed off against your checklist. Anything missed gets corrected on our next trip out, and we adjust the scope as the property changes.

Yes. Vacuums, microfiber, mops and EPA-registered disinfectants are included in the price. If your building requires a specific product or a green-certified line, tell us during the walkthrough and we'll use it.
Yes. Anaid Professional Cleaning is licensed and insured. Send us your management company's requirements and the certificate holder details, and we'll have the certificate of insurance issued before the first visit — along with elevator reservations and after-hours access forms.
Most commercial and residential accounts start within the same week of approving the scope. Vacation-rental turnovers can often be covered the next day once your access method and par list are set up.
Tell your supervisor and we come back and correct it — no argument, no invoice for the return trip. The checklist exists so both sides know what "done" means.
